MEDITATION
Breathe
We all breathe, that’s obvious, but few are conscious of our breath. Our hearts beat, our lungs breathe. The difference? Control. The breath, consciously or unconsciously, can be controlled. In this short meditation, I take you on a short exploration, cultivating awareness and noticing where the inhales end and exhales begin.
Connect
In this meditation, we connect some points, tune into shapes, the triangle to be specific, drawing lines using points in our body and holding and sitting with this shape, and simply be an observer of all that arises as you hold this shape in your minds eye.
Scan
Our minds can heal, but first we need to connect with them, consciously, to run the mind instead of the mind running us. In this meditation, we take the mind for a little journey, exploring from head to toe. Not a deep dive, think of it more like you arrived at a new city, you want to get the lay of the land, so you hop on one of those (usually red) tour buses.
